Mother’s Day Feast

Indulge in a three-course feast this Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 12th and treat Mum to an unforgettable dining experience at The Gorge Restaurant. Our specially curated menu features delicious local produce alongside your favourite roast classics. The menu for the day is as follows;

Entrée – Share Plates:

  • Smoked Chicken Breast & Warm Potato Salad
  • Salt & Tasmanian Pepperberry Calamari
  • Baby Bocconcini Arancini

Main – Share Plates:

  • Roast meat with all the trimmings: hasselback pumpkin, potatoes, cauliflower cheese, seasonal greens, panzanella, gravy, and condiments galore!

Dessert – Choice of:

  • Crème Brûlée with house-made gingerbread & pistachio (GFO)
  • Hazelnut Rocher: chocolate mousse, praline crumb & hazelnut ganache (GF, V)
  • Chocolate Ripple Vacherin: brown sugar meringue, vanilla parfait & Kahlua coffee cream (V)
  • Beetroot Infused Poached Pear: berry sorbet & Pina Colada mousse (VG)

$75.00 per head ($40 for children aged 5-12, under 5 free). Limited tables available, all bookings are allocated two hours from the start of the booking time.
