Our exclusive menu for the day showcases a selection of delectable dishes made with the finest local ingredients, complemented by traditional roast favorites.

Here’s what we have prepared for you:

Entrée – Share Plates:

  • Smoked Chicken Breast & Warm Potato Salad
  • Salt & Tasmanian Pepperberry Calamari
  • Baby Bocconcini Arancini

Main – Share Plates:

  • Roast meat with all the trimmings: hasselback pumpkin, potatoes, cauliflower cheese, seasonal greens, panzanella, gravy, and condiments galore!

Dessert – Choice of:

  • Crème Brûlée with house-made gingerbread & pistachio (GFO)
  • Hazelnut Rocher: chocolate mousse, praline crumb & hazelnut ganache (GF, V)
  • Chocolate Ripple Vacherin: brown sugar meringue, vanilla parfait & Kahlua coffee cream (V)
  • Beetroot Infused Poached Pear: berry sorbet & Pina Colada mousse (VG)

$75.00 per head ($40 for children aged 5-12, under 5 free).
